Eli A. Susman-Short story, Novelette, and Novel writer
Hello and welcome to my website!
My name is Eli A. Susman and I’m a 22 year old recent grad from Wesleyan University in Connecticut. I currently live in Los Angeles.
I wrote my first lost cause of a novel in 2019, and my second sort of better novel in 2020.
But in March of 2022, I finished my third novel, a coming-of-age contemporary Young Adult/New Adult novel titled Free Falling With Ryan Ramsey.
I am currently querying Free Falling With Ryan Ramsey and a description of the novel is on the Work In Progress page of this website.
I write short stories too! They are here on this site also, and hopefully some of them will find other homes soon.
Throughout college I ran writing workshops/focus groups where a group of about 2-5 people gathered to talk about writing through the scope of my own stories. It was a sneaky way to edit my novel and excite people about the writing process at the same time. I miss those days dearly.
I’m currently part of another writing group, and I can’t wait until all our stories are published and out in the world.
Not enough young people read. My goal as a writer is to create stories that are accessible to everyone. Nobody should ever fall out of love with reading. To those people who have, I write stories that you can fall in love with.
